Sounds like you know nothing about the meldonium methabolism and try to build here some fake unjustified theory.

So you're suggesting that Meldonium makes supermen out of people? BS. It was banned because it increases endurance, not strength. Further, GH makes people look more like superman than it actually dramatically increases strength. I've seen it in my gym. The 'roiders are much stronger & bigger, while the GH users are freakishly bigger, but not terribly stronger than before.

He got popped. Not Wilder... I agree he only has HIMSELF to blame. Wilder was all set. Had plane ready, was training over seas for time zone change. What more they want from him???

I can't believe there are fans willing to support a fight were one fighter has been caught with illegal substance in their system. Yes, I wanted to see the fight too but not at the risk of another fighter's health.

I was hoping povetkin would ko wilder but it ain't happening now. It is pretty pathetic reading the guys sticking up for povetkin here. Regardless of the levels or if it wasn't banned before. He was using it in the past & it looks like he was using it recently after the ban. Wilder didn't fail a test only povetkin so it is all on the russian. His B sample will probably fail too. Even if it doesn't i doubt this fight happens unless the WBC allows it. Who is next in line? Stiverne? Any way you look at it Povetkin is the ONLY reason this fight isn't happening May 21

I don't see anything about these two testing negative & then positive this year. And I don't see anything about the amount only that it was under 1 microgram.

Microdosing doesn't have any sence. Meldonium isn't very effective even in full doses on daily course (if is effective at all). And microdosing will not have any effect at all.
What are your credentials to make this judgement? Cuz I'm seeing plenty of people saying microdosing is a problem with any performance enhancing substance & I still don't get the logic with people saying that a lot of Russian athletes are using this substance for no good reason. They are just idiots who are buying this & taking it just cuz.

Looks like this is a great hustle if they've convinced people to buy it at $40 for a 10-20 day supply & it don't work.

Can anyone confirm this is the same price in Russia?

rather than microdosing, isn't it more likely that they just used diuretics or some other masking agent to flush the meldonium and this time just failed to do the job completely?

Anyone suggesting any PED is making anyone superman is f#cking idiot. That said there is little doubt that there are plenty of products on the banned substance list that help the body become more efficient in many ways that will help an athlete in training become better for their actual performance. Maybe some are making a athlete 1% better, maybe others are making one 4%-5% better & maybe a few are making a athlete 5%+ better, but the end result is the same a better athlete via a method deemed illegal by the powers that be.

And one of the bigger problems that people don't seem to understand & why 24/7/365 testing is under discussed by everyone is cuz people think PEDs are used for the actual competitive athletic event like its a magic pill, when the reality is that in training is when a PED is most going to make your body stronger, faster & better. Its some day by day improvements type **** not some sort of Limitless drug.

Yep. Its been mentioned that microdosing or masking could be what was happening here.
