You got all EXCITED because he squashed a -1800 HUGE underdog in Tapia?? Michael Sora AND Kirkland KO'd Tapia also.
-1800??? Wow!!! So for EVERY $100 I bet I WON $6.... WOW!!!
Which = about 95% chance of Winning.
Canelo will beat Lemuix and probably win another KO of the YEAR!Comment

Yup. Two for SURE HOFamers. But casual fans only like guys with power. Lemuix would be pretty easy. He has Zero head movement, is pretty all around sloppy. He's a typical come forward, head hunter with No Plan B. For Christ sake Rubio knocked him out. And Alcine beat him then LOST 5 straight fights in a ROW!!!Comment

If Canelo fights lemuiex in September and not ggg, I'm going to be upset, unless ggg scores a big fight vs Saunders, Eubanks, or Jacobs..
I think they should actually do a co-headlining PPv in seperate bouts, maybe seperate locations..
Have Canelo vs lemuiex in Texas, and ggg vs Eubanks, Saunders, in Vegas, same night on same PPV... Gates would be doubled, it would be PPv in US, Canada, and UK if they get one of the UK middleweights. I think it would do decent PPv buys, and more importantly, it would really build a Canelo/ggg fight if both are successful..Comment

As a road-map to GGG, this fight has made sense to me ever since they announced Lemiuex on the Canelo/Khan undercard.
Lemieux is a softer touch stylistically, but he still throws all fastballs.
He's a good way for Canelo to test the water at 160 and see how far his technical ability takes him against a full fledged 160 lb. fighter.
I'd prefer GGG and Canelo to get it done, make the fight now. Let's see it this year.
If Canelo takes Lemieux next- then that shows he's still moving that direction, but taking a baby step.Comment

Honestly, Canelo should have fought lemuiex instead of khan...

And the rest sounds like a plan to me! One thing is for certain though, I want Canelo to actually move up to 160 and fighting a real Middleweight before fighting GGGComment
