Another Straw man's fallacy.Actually, Mr. Conte was the one singing the praises of CIR testing and said they would be needed to show Floyd is clean.
“If you’re serious about drug testing,” says Victor Conte, “you do CIR testing.”
Then later, it was found out that USADA DID CIR TESTING ON ALL OF FLOYD'S TESTS.
So um...what about that checkmate?
In the quotes I put in my post Conte is not talking about CIR, he's talking about how Floyd probably didn't need an IV, and that there were much better methods to rehydrate orally, and that the IV's are used to clean the body faster from PEDs evidence. He also says that Mayweather doesn't do olympic style testing as he claims, amongst other things that you should read again.
That they did CIR doesn't erase every other evidence.Comment

It's not a straw man fallacy when the guy said the proper thing to do to find out the truth is do CIR testing. Then when it was found out that CIR testing was done....crickets chirping.Another Straw man's fallacy.

Conte is the one who got check-mated.
Furthermore, an IV of 750ml of saline will do nothing to mask PED's a day later when Mayweather did further blood and urine testing, or are you going to argue like another poster that maybe Floyd had another secret IV waiting for him in the back of the MGM Grand?Comment

Think about this rationally. WADA is well aware that IV's have been used for shady practices. As a result, they set that amount for an IV infusion because anything above, they would want the athlete to go through their TUE protocol to monitor and make sure everything is done on the up and up.
1. Mayweather followed the WADA protocol, and therefore nothing was illegal.
2. Most adults in normal condition are given 1000ml of IV fluid for rehydration purposes.
3. An IV infusion given on May 1st WOULD NOT mask PED's on the blood and urine tests that Mayweather gave the very next day.Comment

Some other poster posted this link to refute Hausers article as proof.
The link did not provide any evidence it was just a big song and dance.
Extremely low testosterone epitestosterone levels. Everyone knows an IV can work as a masking agent. Froid fans don't get all butt hurt if not everyone buys the story for $1 dollar!
