Yes, as far as I know, you need to know the URL of the image and insert it there.

If it's not above the required levels for a failed drug test then VADA should not have announced it and got everybody up in arms about it......all so uneccessary if that's the case

And if I'm reading that correctly that means if he last took it in September, as his promoter claims, it's not consistent with what his levels are now?
The key words in what you cite seem to be "AND THE TEST WAS TAKEN BEFORE MARCH 1" then that amount is within some allowable limit because it is consistent with use before the Jan. 1 cutoff.

But the test was taken in late April, which means that limit has no bearing on this. WADA seems to be saying that it should be completely out of anyone's system by this time if it was taken before Jan. 1, much less last September which is when they claim Povetkin last took it.

If the information provided in the article is accurate, then Povetkin has levels of meldonium which are below the limit set by the agency, so everything should be fine, right? What is the problem here? Why was this even blown up as a news story, specifically considering the fact that it was only outlawed in europe Jan 1st 2016. Povetkin was likely taking the drug for most of the last couple years. Of course there would be tiny trace amounts.

                The fight must go on.

Having said that, Povetkins new found world shaking power is disturbing. It's more than just meldonium use we have to be wary of but then again, if he isn't testing positive, then it is what it is.

The concern is that was the amount at the time of testing, that's all that was left in his system.

Why does he have traces of illegal substance in his blood stream? Usually it's because illegal substances have been used and you've been caught before they fully cleared your system.

Povetkin has been suspect for a while, has now been caught with an illegal substance in his bloodstream and some fans want the fight to go ahead?

Absolutely not. He needs to be banned.
