floyd fans already hyping up this match up. sad!! why do u need to ko danny to win? floyd never ko any of his opponents and still get the win. so??? hype much?Danny be like........these NSB people are in for yet another shocking surprise....
I am a big May fan but if May gives Danny a chance for his title them belts are coming to Philly. No one is going to ko Danny. The man has an iron chin and just when he gets hit with their best punch Danny shakes his head and keeps coming to you that's when your troubles starts (ask your ex-God Lucas).

Great Stamina
Good Puncher
Proven iron Chin
Fights well in any direction
Great counter puncher
Good corner
And most important he knows how to adjust.
Time after time no one has given him a chance but he still holds all the belts and he is still undefeated.

danny will be floyd's easiest win. yeah danny has power, but so does canelo. danny will not be able to land a single punch on floyd. danny needs to plant his feet down everytime he throws his power shot. ya fools think mayweather is gonna be there for danny to land his eyes close face down wild left hook?Comment

With #crapfights like this, no wonder Jiu Jitsu gyms are popping up left & right & boxing gyms are getting shut down. DSGs a counter puncher that struggled (but won imo) against Lamont Petersons best rendition (C-) of Sugar Ray Leonard. Even if Mayweather exchanges, he will be to long and punches are too straight & Garcias head movement is awful. I think Mayweather has a chance at a tko, Garcia was busted up against Herrera and Morales. Also DSG only appeals to such a small demographic. With all that said, I hope DSG gets a payday bcuz im no hater but as a fan its a crappy fight i will not pay for.Comment

Agreed. We all admire floyds accomplishments from all of his weight classes. We just don't view Floyd as a welterweight. Same must be applied to Danny. Danny has accomplished some amazing things. Mattesyye and khan come to mind. Sure he had trouble and didn't look as good against some fighters but he pulled them out like champs do a la Floyd. Floyd has had trouble with fighters himself but always manages to pull it off, Castillo and cotto come to mind.
No one should say Danny doesn't deserve it. I don't think he will win but he won't get caneloed. Danny's only chance is to catch Floyd with his sneaky left hook. Good luck. I'll watch.Comment

Danny is a flatfooted counterpuncher. Floyd will have a field day with him.
I wouldnt even call Danny a "counterpuncher" because what he does is swing with his opponent and hope his punch has a bigger effect.

this find would end up looking like the Canelo fight.
A flat footed counterpuncher, who doesnt cut off the ring the best. The only difference is IMO, Garcia would eventually try to make it a fight, He has a little more dog in him than Canelo who basically fights the same every fight. Garcia can come forward, box laterally, and **** inside.Comment

Not directed only at you as I see a lot of comments here about Herrera. But Garcia was fighting, for the first time in Puerto Rico , which caused a lot of distraction and stress for him. Distracted from all the hopla from the attention and interviews and sightseeing. Stressed from the pressure of having to perform well in Puerto Rico. Watch the fight again and watch his face the stress is apparent. Herrea also prepared for and fought the fight of his life. He fought valelently and very well but only managed to make it close.
Danny would literally walk over hererra in a rematch today. There should t be any Doubt about that.Comment
