it doesn't matter if he failed or not. Ortiz will be fighting for the vacant WBA title if he beats Ustinov. Klitschko/Fury winner will vacate the title. If Klitschko wins he will be looking for a final big payday. The same can be said about Fury. Fury would fight Joshua, Haye or Wilder before he fights Ortiz. Ortiz is going to be left in limbo. He will get the Chris Byrd treatment. Nobody will fight him because he is way too big a risk for too little reward.
