I wouldn't be surprised with some guys inflating certain guys' numbers & some guys deflating certain guys' numbers. And nothing is 100% even inflated or deflated numbers.
And lets not bs, this **** is all super sketchy & questionable whoever you put more of your trust in. It'd seem like some indie third party would be doing this stuff like they do with TV ratings. Or all this technology they are putting into TV's that knows what you watched 3 weeks ago for 27 seconds as you were flipping channels should be used to come up with more accurate numbers across the board.Comment

145k buys thru Directv (~26% market share) extrapolates to 560k buys total. Directv is only reliable number this early. What am I missing?

Also what about the ppv buys for the stream broadcast on ring TV live? They offered the ppv for cord cutters outside of cable providers. Also what about movie theaters does each ticket count as a ppv buy? Unless Iole is talking directly to golden boy there are many ppvs that might not be reflected in his figure145k buys thru Directv (~26% market share) extrapolates to 560k buys total. You called it looks like that's exactly what Iole did to come up with 460K figure. Getting busted on twitter with his numbers not adding up LMAO
Mark Taffet the man who ran HBO PPV and knows more about PPV's is saying this did closer to Oscar's 600k figure
"As for #s...375 crazy, 460 wrong because impossible to know cable # on Wednesday, and Oscar closer than anyone."
Taffet PPV guru for HBO
Also Nicole Duva who is a rival promoter and has no dog in the race already made Kevin Iole who dropped the 460k figure look ****** saying based on the DirectTV figures he quoted then the fight extrapolates to 560K buys NOT 460k.

De La Hoya referred to one media report that did not cite a source and claimed the fight had only 460,000 buys as "totally absurd."
"The fight did way more than that," he said. "We know that for a fact. The numbers are still coming in, and it could be over or a little under, but it will be around 600,000."Comment
