I dunno, he did 900 with Guererro and Maidana twice and Khan's a bigger name those those two.The days of Floyd pulling 1mil buys against anyone not named Manny or canelo are long gone bro. His ppvs were on the decline maidana didn't even reach 1m. Same for manny. And now that the lure of him fighting Manny is gone both guys have lost about half of their ppv drawing power see their last fights. Unless Manny or Floyd has another superstar draw with them none are reaching 1m buys again. This was khan first ppv I believe, he is not a superstar and was a massive 7 to 1 underdog against Floyd the ppv buys wouldn't be much different.
I'd expect a million if they fought or if not then 900 atleast.Comment

Khamis definitely atleast somewhat a big name. A lot bigger name than Berto.I'm not sure about Khan, his last fight in the US was on Spike TV.
Canelo done over 350,000 against Angulo, immediately after the Mayweather loss which is pretty impressive.
Mayweather is a big talker, he had the buys from people who liked and hated him, he was the biggest draw for many reasons. Canelo is relatively quiet, doesn't speak English (in public)...He sells on name and fight style alone and does really good numbers.
Like I said, I gurantee Canelo would do less than 500 k with Berto and Floyd would do more than 600 k with Khan.Comment

Question for the Canelo fans-
when he was on Floyd's cards and the fights were selling over 1 mil PPV's, you guys said it was because of Canelo. He hasn't cracked 1 mil since he's been headlining
So what happened since he's been out on his own?Comment

Exactly didn't crack 1 mil in any of those fights yet 5 years ago he did 1.25m against frigging Victor Ortiz. Think about that lol. Him and Manny are not the draws they used to be that's just a fact. They fed off the lure of when/will they fight each other. Fans started to get frustrated with both them and the numbers started to dip then they cashed out and finally fought each other and it was a dud. Now fans feel cheated and will not buy either guys PPV unless it's a superfight. The Berto and Bradley fight both saw each guy draw HALF of what they used to pull around 2 years ago. The Berto fight is Floyds worse PPV numbers in a decade before he crossed over to mainstream. I think fans are exhausted with both Manny and Floyd especially for being price gauged for a terrible fight last year and aren't going to shell out money for either guy. Those numbers they used to get years ago are just not realistic and they need a strong B side star to crack 1m.Last edited by bigdunny1; 05-12-2016, 01:52 PM.Comment

The reason i even say this is because Glaser was the man when it came to reporting low numbers for Mayweather..but now since the 97k thing with GGG his numbers dont count??? I didnt start this i just throw it back in peoples facesComment
