I think this is a very competitive fight I don't have a favorite yet as both fighters fight very similar. Power advantage to GGG, Movement advantage to Nelo... I don't see a stoppage here unless its due to cuts...

      I hope this gets done...

And what gets lost is the competition level both have faced. Canelo is a HUGE step up in class for GGG. GGG isn't even the best fighter Canelo has faced.
right now its a 50/50 fight, 1-2 years ago, GGG would be heavily favor. and your right, canelo will be the best fighter GGG has face but GGG will also be the hardest puncher canelo has face.

Exactly how I feel about it! Not because Canelo decapitated Khan either, but because Canelo is actually more skilled than people want to give him credit for

Alvarez just toyed around with Angulo for the stadium's response and did well with his range stance going backwards. Angulo is a hard 154 puncher.. Alvarez, ate the guy'ss shots on bare skin. That's experience right derrrr psychologically for hungry come forward fighters...

Alvarez was also battle tested on the ropes against Kirkland, and imo, Kirkland also gassed out, no way could he go the distance with Alvarez. Another way to look at it, Alvarez has enough punching power to lure off forward fighters like that. That's his style.

NOw, does a Proksa or Monroe Jr have anything of that style like Alvarez? Lil'G had to work hard and ''Tame'' with a jab.... that's Mexican style? Lemieux is small as hell compared to Lil'G you'd imagine he would've finished him early, but no, he was conservative just like against Stevens, shorter stockier fighters...

Now Alvarez is in the Picture, a boxer - Mexican - fighters with a good enough ring IQ to go the distance with Lil'G. Perhaps this is what people think when they say ''it's going to be a competitive fight..'' yet Lil'G fans never speak stat differences when it comes to a bout that matters...

Amir's shithouse chin doesn't negate the movement and hand speed that Canelo had to deal with to get close.

True, but we also knew Khan couldn't keep that up for long and it would only be a matter of time...
