If K2 steps aside again then I'm done defending their team. Either force the fight for September or stop calling out Canelo. This step aside agreement bull**** is ****ing lame.

You either want the belt or you dont.

... they seem that they want either the belt and the money (from a Canelo fight, but not at 155)... If it's so (and I hope is not), they don't deserve further "defending" from the fans...

fight is not happening this year, probably won't ever happen, gb can make a whole lot more money with canelo embarrassed for not taking the fight than with canelo ko'd in that fight, boxing is a business not a sport, sad bud true.

for those interested in the purse bid situation this was also part of the same interview, if anyone can translate...

Since they agreed on an interim fight we've been hearing they signed an agreement to fight each other next. Is that agreement legally binding? If Canelo doesn't fight GGG next and he's stripped can K2 sue Golden Boy?

Business as usual. It's a shame that He said that, but no surprise with his comments since it's only the WBC rules that means nothing with what the business of Boxing do these days. We will see this fight next year. I will prefer than on the meantime that both fighters get another unification fight with the other respected champs(Canelo vs Billy Joe Sanders and Golovkin vs Jacobs) if they want to make this fight bigger than it is right now and sell it as the tournament and the winner gets all the paper titles and the lineal Middleweight crown once and for all. Yet Another free pass for the Superstar Canelo avoiding the inevitable..
