Fight takes place at 160 for a 65/35 split. If Canelo insist on a catchweight, go no lower than 157 and demand a 60/40 split. In favor of Canelo of course.

That to me is as fair as fair can be. There has to be a monetary gain for every lb that GGG goes down up to 157.

Wow you must a REAL fight fan. Don't care if the biggest fight in boxing gets made or not......nice

Understandable since you're a Canelo fan.........It would suck to see your boy get broken down.

I think he is talking about the money split if they fight, not about each fighter making money on their own.

I don't care how big a star Canelo is a 90-10 split isn't a serious offer. The purse bid split is a better offer than that.
That was actually just Oscar being a dic and quoting word for word what team GGG said about Andre Ward. They even said were the A-side and your the B-Side. Again exactly quote from team GGG about Ward.

90/10 is a joke but so is a 55/45 purse bid split. Especially if the Khan/Canelo PPV numbers are above 650k. .

I was joking, imo this fight should be 70-30 at 160, or 5% for every pound ggg goes down..

it'll guarantee a ko win for Golovkin imo. The past articles how the fight should be at 160 and the rules are to be respected and for ginger to just go and say "nope. 155 or no fight" in which ggg will accept and ko his ass

Golovkin has every right to say 160 or no fight...he's mandatory...but here's me going out on a limb now, if I was golovkin and I could make 157lb without it causing me to be weight drained when I entered the ring then I would take it....doing it this way you really give no option on canelo but to accept the fight ...your also guaranteed to not see the fight slip through your fingers and your also gonna earn your career highest payday along with gaining superstar status on a huge platform...I don't want to wait 5 years like the pacquaio mayweather soap opera and if canelo-golovkin gets made it will be the biggest fight that can be made in boxing and will make for a great fight.
Just make the fight were both guys can't say no to it....simples

That says it all, really. The belt he holds is for the 160lb division. Fight at 160 or vacate the belt.
