Nothing wrong with this here, but would like to see how he does.

Exactly! Plus their is more money at LHW than cruiser. Roy Jones was a once in a generation fighter. The gaps between weights at the higher weights are much larger and a 25lb gap is enormous. Apart from RJJ who else has been successful jumping up at the higher weights in recent times.

Did you ever notice that many of the posters telling fighters such as GGG and Kovalev to jump up for sporting glory and to ignore the money fights are the same posters who liked to count Mayweather's money on his behalf?

there's a big leap from LHW to CW, and it's also a leap from one of the most glamorous divisions to one of the least

as long as he can make 175 he'd be smart to stay there. there are enough good contenders and up-n-comers to keep him going for years, as long as the HBO-PBC split softens at some point

its not about that its about every other fighter that is also more talented then everyone else moving up to test themselves besides these 2 and it just so happens to be the ones everyone says are the "most avoided"

GGG is more avoided than Kov. Ward avoided GGG but now he is gonna fight Kovalev.

So DeGale and Badou Jack are more worthy challengers than Jacobs or Canelo? They do nothing for Golovkin's carreer plus they are way less lucrative. Furthermore, the talent pool at 154 and even 160 lbs is much deeper. Golovkin is doing everything right. It's a very reasonable target to clean a division completely out by becoming the first undisputed undisputed champion since the great Bernard Hopkins.

Jack and Degale are bums. Their last fights showed it.

Never in my two decades as a fight fan have I seen a fanbase as scared ****less for their favs to step up and fight people that they MIGHT not be favored to beat. Y'all ****** fux are scared for Kovalev to step up to cruiserweight. That's funny considering pretty much every great light heavyweight in history has stepped up and tried their luck at heavyweight. The same way y'all are scared for GGG to move up. Yet, y'all same delusional assh0les want Floyd and Ward to move up and fight GGG and Kovalev. Y'all are some pathetic excuses for fight fans, to say the least.

Aside from Roy Jones, James Toney, Thomas Adamek, Antonio Tarver, Chris Byrd, Michael Moorer, and Evander Holyfield are all light heavyweights that recently competed as heavyweights. And that's just off the top of my head. And all did so eras of the super heavyweight. In Toney's case, just like Roy, he moved up all the way from middleweight.

Oh yeah, Floyd competed in and won titles in five divisions. And has done so at a younger age than both GGG and Kovalev, whom both have only competed in one division.

**** thats a huge f#cking jump. Can't really blame him. How do you gain 25lbs of non-fat at 30 whatever age Kov is. Plus 175 is the sexier division right now. More interesting fights to be had with guys on the verge of becoming known. Plus I need to see Kov vs Beterbiev. I think Beterbiev is gonna beat all these fools, but it'll be much more fun if he fights the guys currently on top like Kov, Ward & Stevenson (assuming Beterbiev fights on his knees or with one hand behind his back so Stevenson feels safe taking the fight) vs the guys coming up.
