Bivol is a year behind the other guys in experience(Beterbiev or gvozdyk) but imo he is on par with them..
LOL okay. Usyk is my go to Oleksandr. Both are on my radar along with Beterbiev. My boxrec watchlist is getting ****** with all these big talent 2-10 fight caliber guys making bigger moves then history says they should be.

Oh yeah, Floyd competed in and won titles in five divisions. And has done so at a younger age than both GGG and Kovalev, whom both have only competed in one division.
and how many divisions/lbs did Floyd move up voluntarily (i.e. he could make the weight in one division and moved to another?) i pretty sure it was no more than one division or a maximum of 7 lbs (his move from WW to SWW). So if Kovalev can make 175 lbs... then why would he jump to 200 lbs (25 lbs). like you said few people did it like Roy Jones, Toney, Chris Byrd, Tarver Adamek, Holyfield and Moorer, but how many of these guys had true success at the upper division (how many of them beat an A level fighter at those divisions? only Michael Moorer and Holyfield really.

the Kids got talent mate.. I'm not saying he is the next best thing as he is still 6-0(6 KOs).. But I like his well-rounded skills.. He is fighting on the under card on Wilder v Povetkin & lets see how he fares this time..

Did you ever notice that many of the posters telling fighters such as GGG and Kovalev to jump up for sporting glory and to ignore the money fights are the same posters who liked to count Mayweather's money on his behalf?
Chris Byrd and Michael Moorer did it but few can pull it off. Michael Moorer was a scary mutha ***er at LHW. As to your last statement I can only say I see alot of irrational idiots demanding **** from Golovkin and Kovalev that don't apply to other fighters. It's pretty easy to guess where it's coming from.and why.

The way I been looking at it, Gvozdyk is the real scary one. He knocked Mohameddi out sooner and more brutally than Kovalev
That's his name. I couldn't remember it. He looked like a beast in that fight but he looks to me.like he will outgrow LHW. He is 6' 2" or 6'3" right?

Floyd only fought at 35 and 40 for like three years. I think he struggled a bit to make 30 at the end of his reign there. But the move from 35 to 40 was to chase a PPV fight with Gatti. Floyd legitimately could have been fighting at 140 when he fought DLH at 54. And for guys that small, that's a pretty significant jump in weight.

As for the guys I named that had success. Byrd was a beltholder, actually beat Vitali Klitschko. Or at least has an official win over him. Toney had victories over guys like Ruiz and Rahman that were later overturned. He also beat a diminished version of Holyfield. He also won the legitimate cruiserweight title. Adamek beat Arreola. He also had a very good run at cruiserweight. So it can be done. Kovalev isn't as good as guys like Jones and Toney. I'd probably rate him slightly lower than Holyfield and Moorer, maybe even. But he certainly a better fighter than Byrd and Adamek were. So if they can do it, why can't he?

Light Heavyweight division stacked with the killers now, like Beterbiev, Gvozdyk, Bivol or Shabranskyy. Matter of fact, there's a lot of risks and possible competitive fights in that division. I don't really understand why would somebody move up to some low-paid division that no one cares about in America, which is the biggest market of boxing at the moment

I think staying at Light Heavyweight division is a smart business decision and some people here thinks that it's a b!tch and pu$$y move by Kovalev
