Comments Thread For: Virgil Hunter: Canelo Must Quit Hiding and Fight Golovkin
Canelo Alvarez got on his knees to check on Amir Khan after knocking him unconscious with a big right hand in the sixth round of their title fight. [Click Here To Read More]
Classless move by Virgil. Show some grace in defeat. I think Canelo needs to move up or vacate but the in-ring interview is not the place to talk shyt about someone who just murked your guy. Save it for the backstage interviews.

Ward fans be like "Virgil stop... we're supposed to hate on golovkin, not support him..."
Such seething hate for Ward you can't stop thinking about him.

FFS you are a simpleton. Such seething hate for Ward you can't stop thinking about him.
It's called a joke,not a d*ck,so don't take it so hard lol
Didn't order this fight nor did I care about this entire event. I knew Khan didn't have any punching power to even threaten Canelo and would get dropped when the first clean shot landed (see every post of concerning Canelo-Khan since the fight was announced).
Boxing is a fading sport, only a Floyd v. Triple or Canelo or a Canelo v. Triple G can really even bring a positive net gain to the sport this year; otherwise, boxing will go an entire year without one major fight. This was not a major fight, and I predict the U.S. PPV sales to be much lower than expected.
Virgil looked like a bitter ex gf going around talking shyt about you after you dumped her for a better looking chick. You real bitter. Just classless your fighter got KO'd and you kept talking about someone else. For the last 2 years none of the opponents Khan beat hijaked a post fight interview to call Khan a coward for not fighting Kell Brook. Just lame, the wrong time and place to do it and makes your fighter look like a chump. Sounded like sour g****s
Virgil is always that way after losses. When Canelo was lighting up Angulo, Virgil acted like the stoppage was a terrible injustice. It's not very dignified.
But I've no sympathy for Canelo. Calling himself the middleweight champion while refusing to face to long-time #1 challenger is unacceptable for anyone who's a real fan of the sport.
