Like many have said here and elsewhere, Dimitrenko isn't all that great, but he is better than any of Briggs' past several opponents. Briggs can beat this guy, IF he shows up in top shape. I hope he can pull a W out of this. He's a wacky dude, but still we need a few characters like that in boxing to make it more interesting.

From what Ive seen, Briggs is working with Hearn whilst he's in the UK. Imo Hearn set this up as a test for Briggs to come through in order to face Haye.

As much as I like Haye anyway, he's the biggest cherry-picker off them all.

I assumed that Hayemaker promotions would be paying Briggs his purse, not Hearn. Haye promotes himself doesn't he? As does Briggs.

Yes you are correct I also think Briggs promotes himself, however he's working with Hearn whilst he's in the UK. I have seen the meeting they had, well some of it anyway.

The "Fights" will be on Sky-Sports, which is controlled by Matchroom. Some sort of deal has been worked out imo, Haye is working with Eddie and between them they are cherry picking hes return to the top.

Seriously a better fight than the main event.
You know its bad when Haye doesn't even know the name of his own opponent so just refers to him as The Cobra.

David has turned out a disappointment and like his friend Khan wants to pad his record and just go for undeserved glory in one night fights.

Who expected anything different? Haye has the taken the easy path his entire career.

this has nothing to do with hearn. Hearn runs his own shows - haye s setting up an easy fight with either dimitrenko or briggs, whilst waiting on joshua

Dimitrenko like Briggs has been feasting on bums with losing records for years now, people are overrating him. That being said, he should be able to beat Briggs if he doesn't get caught with anything ****** in the first couple of rounds.
