I dont get into calling pro fighters scared but Canelo knows GGG is dangerous, they've trained together

the thing is boxing is a business with or without GGG...Canelo is already an established star and more proven than GGG(DLH) and GGG is dangerous, a true middleweight but doesnt have the star power(hopkins)

Hopkins was in the same position and did the smart thing, concede....win...and never have to do the catchweight again.

if no one will fight him he can move up like everyone else. Pryor did it when top lightweights wouldnt fight him. Paul Williams did this when he couldnt get big fights at 147, dozens upon dozens have.....if no one will fight him at 160 how you say, he has no choice but to move up.....or maybe k2 and his die hard fans are satisified watching him ko no names in meaningless "title fights".......Dude didnt even win the friggin belt in the ring.
I have no doubt Golovkin will move up, once he's finished unifying the MW division. But he'll do it when he's damn good & ready, not when some critic(s) says he should. Moving down would weaken him, why the hell would he do that? Whether Canelo is actually afraid of the pain Golovkin would lay on him or the hit his status would take in a loss, fear is fear. The interesting thing about this is that Canelo is young, and will eventually not be able to make 155 himself. Unfortunately, Golovkin is 34 & will probably be done by the time this happens.

Golovkin has to earn like Kirkland earned it. Go to jail for a year, get over weight, get KO'd by a Japanese dude, get back to overweight and out of the ring for a year.

When I think Canelo's statements can't get any worse they do. And to think I used to be a big fan of this guy...

I hate all these politics. Both are to blame. Pick a weight and make it happen. The longer they weight,(pun intended) it benefits Canelo.

GGG is blasting guys but he is almost 35 and thats usually when that switch in the body and brain goes off. He wont be where he is now in 1-4 years....but he doesnt take punishment fighting the level of guys he fights. He hasnt been in any wars and besides Lee, Quillin and Jacobs, there arent many big punchers at 160.

He didn't knock out anyone of note. Murray was his best opponent so far and he is a journeyman. GGG didn't even dominate him, he did hurt him but Murray boxed him very well.

Let GGG fight Jacob's or someone of that level. As of yet he feeds on Friday night fight level guys. He needs to step it up. He is 33-34 and has not fought a solid champion yet. Canelo fought the best fighter in the world before he was 25. Before that canelo fought the best in his division. GGG needs to do the same.

                Scared

GGG,take tour MW belt that the red headed chicken won't defend and move on and clean out another division. This red-headed chicken will never fight you,and he ain't worth waiting for,he couldn't even give Mayweather a good fight ,let alone you,who would destroy both of them in the same fight.Mayweather would hit the canvas by the 4th and then The RED-HEADED CHICKEN would go down in the 5th or 6th come-on man.

Dude has work to do. Good fighter, could be great but his team is handling him like he is in his early 20s. Piss or get off the pot. No Canelo? Fight someone else. His resume is horrible for all the hype.

He is one of the only fighters I've seen in recent memory be supposedly top 3 p4p with no wins over elite opponents in his division, nor wins over p4p calibre guys

all it seems to be is speculation, and assuming how good he is.....When will he prove it.
He has already proven it with guys like Martinez, Canelo and Sturm all not wanting to fight him, only you can't see it.

                      Shots fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shots fired!!!!!!!! I totally agree with Canelo. It's real now! F the belt. Canelo doesn't need it! Everybody needs to lay off Canelo and let him GROW and continue to give us exciting fights, like he is doing. Period. He doesn't have to fight GGG right now. For what????? Who do y'all think GGG is??? He hasn't even been tested in the ring. Canelo has. Canelo also has two legacy wins thus far. Lara and Cotto. GGG has ZERO! The kid is on his way and his resume is very good. He's only 25yrs old and y'all wanna not support him? Wanna call him names? He is good for the sport just like GGG is. No???????????? STFU and enjoy the KO of Khan this Saturday night.
