Yes it should be the main event and is probably a decent eliminator of some kind(not that Dimitrenko has done anything in years). One thing I don't like about Dimitrenko if I were to bet him is that he is a pooch who either quits or has a poor gas tank. He literally hung on for dear life with Eddie Chambers late in their fight.

Dimitrenko is the best opponent Briggs has faced since Vitalib& if he beat him it would be his best win in a decade. I'm not sure if some of you know this but Dimitrenko has been dropped by trialhorses kurtagic & ivica perkovic. I'm not sure if he would be standing if briggs lands flush. I'm still happy this fight is happening. Dimitrenko has never been the same since he lost to chambers & pulev.

I truthfully give Briggs a lot of credit for taking this fight because he's probably going to get his ace kicked. But I think he's finally realized that no one is giving anyone at his age a proper title shot if he's just trying to talk his way into it with crap rankings. Hope he proves me wrong.
