    Bull****, he fought Rosado.

Lara would also be the first opponent Golovkin faced with world-class skills.

Don't you get tired of being a fanboi ?

The "excuse" is that Lara has never fought at 160 and probably didn't even want the fight himself. He was just talking crap on twitter.

The only reason why GGG wants Canelo is because he holds one of the belts.

Oscar is the one making excuses for Canelo not fighting GGG. Nice try, buddy.

          Speaking of making excuses......

Rosado wasn't a middleweight, yet Golovkin fought him.

That is a dreadful excuse, and even you don't believe it.

          Nice try buddy.

Why have they fallen over themselves making excuses to dismiss the "mover/spoiler" Lara, and yet happily jumped in there with the "available" Rosado?

Come on man, let the madness stop.

            Easy.

Move down to 147 and beat at least one ranked WW in style on Showtime.

THEN feel free to say Floyd is ducking you.

Saying "I want Floyd," while with a promoter who doesn't do business with Showtime and in a different weight class just doesn't cut it.
            Two major differences.

            1) No-one is saying that Mayweather is ducking GGG. Not even GGG.
            2) Being in Floyd's weight class, fighting in style and on on the same network doesn't get you a fight with Mayweather. Just ask Keith Thurman, Shawn Porter and Kel Brook who were passed over for Berto. Whereas GGG will fight anybody.

Rosado was 3 years ago and GGG agreed to fight at a catchweight. Times have changed and GGG wants MW unification. Lara's had a year to make a fight with Jacobs to claim a mando to GGG. Lara was also called out by Tureano Johnson just after he won the IBF mando position to Golovkin on the GGG/Lemieux undercard. If he'd taken that fight and won, he could've been in Wade's shoes. Lara's done nothing to get the fight.

That said, if GGG can't get Canelo or Saunders next, short of testing the waters at SMW, I'd say it's got to be Jacobs or Lara. Why not call him on his BS and give him a shot? Would have much rather seen him against GGG than Wade.

How did GGG duck Lara? Lara isn't even fighting in the 155 lb division.

Yea but GGG was hardly even known at that time, not really a big deal.

If you can't see the clear double standard, then you have a life-like GGG ***** stuck in your a$$ right now!

Ummm, do you have a link for that ?

Pretty sure I remember that Rosado refused a catchweight for Golovkin.

Did it ever occur to you to question why Golovkin was happy to concede a catchweight to Mayweather, Cotto, Brook, Rosado..... and yet he will not even negotiate with Canelo?

Could it be any more obvious ?
