Lara had a chance to call out Golovkin when Tureano Johnson dropped out with an injury. For 2 weeks Golovkin was looking for an opponent, then the day after the IBF mandates Golovkin/Wade, Lara (DeCubas) shamelessly called out Golovkin. It was so obvious they waited for Golovkin to be tied up with a fight.


Personally I want Golovkin/Lara. However I don't think it would be competitive though, it'd be an execution. But it'd be a good fight for GGG in Texas, and send both Canelo and GGG haters a message.

Oscar Oscar, you keep making excuses after excuses. GGG didn't fight Lara because he is in a lower weightclass. Your ginger boy is the MW champion, which is the 160lb division.

Canelo barely beat Lara, in what way is this reasonable?
None of us see Lara moving to 160 If he does that anytime soon and GGG plays him down then I will make a legitimate comment about this situation but as things remain Lara has talked a lot about 160 but not shown any real effort to move up.

Wade was a manditory fight, and GGG had to make that fight to keep his belt. What do you not understand about that. If anyone is to blame for setting up that fight it should be the sanctioning body and not the fighters. Seems like everybody that gets into the ring with GGG instantly becomes a bum.
