    I try to steer clear of isolation exercises full stop. The body isn't meant to work except in synergy, and no single isolation movement is going to hit that area with the same intensity as a heavier compound. I think isolations have a place in bodybuilding only as a sort of polishing movement, to bring up weak or lagging parts, but I would never, ever use them as part of my core program.

    Rotator cuff injuries can be a nightmare. I hope yours gets back to somewhere near full capacity.

      I too have been waiting for this for so long now.. I am not sure if there was one or there aren't going to be any until Wilder lands in Russia.. Not a lot will happen in press conference except the fans get to see the body language and any wind ups.. But it's interesting to the build up of the fight..
