or are the WBC going to protect Canelo again? because i'm sure they said that after Cotto v Canelo.
15 days to accept the fight 30 days to negotiate before it goes to purse bid. The wbc has been open about the situation and vocal about canelo fighting ggg or stripping him.

I think September is perfect and would have plenty of hype if ggg saunderis is made and the sept. Fight was for all the marbles

If Canelo/Khan does under 400k buys, the marination will be complete.

The only thing rubbing people the wrong way is holding the belt hostage. It's common sense that Canelo should fight a legit MW before going straight to the top dog in the division.

It should be Canelo vs. Lemieux in September in a non-title fight with the winner (Canelo obviously beats his limited ass) fighting GGG in May.

GGG can fight Jacobs at MSG or Barclays which would be huge.

I don't even want to see this anymore. The only thing that will happen is Canelo gets what he's going to give Khan. 3G needs to move on. Even the lion will perish from lack of prey, 168.

If Canelo's smart, he should come into the fight with Khan at 154 and relinquish the belt right after the fight. Then have a couple of fights at catchweights and then fight GGG. That's the only way he gets a pass. If he struggles making the weight the public will be all over him...

That's exactly what he said he will do, he will marinate it and build it up (as if it needs to build up anymore) but he will not "over marinate" it.

Basically in translation: blah, blah, blah, they will fight in the future."

This article tells us nothing new, same old **** that's been said.

This fight doesn't need to marinate..I think the reaction from the crowd the other night at the GGG fight says everything. And wait until they ask Canelo after he wins may 7.

Us watching Canelo-Lemiuex in September and GGG vs no name #1 rated mandatory means nothing for either guy..make the fking fight!!!

Where Arum is a crafty old liar and Haymon doesn't lie to the public at all (which I quite like, he tries to let his events do the talking), De la Hoya is a desperate liar, willing to say almost anything to get his point across, making himself seem so transparent.

He's definitely that guy who is geared up at a party trying to convince you to believe whatever lie he's telling himself. Talking **** but you humour him because it seems like any second he's ready to tweak out.
