We knoiw your not a middleweight, you are big WW. But yoiu won't get credit draining GGG!
RJJ WASNT A HEAVYweight. Duran wasn't a middleweight. So to claim your not s middleweight is no hgood. Just don't fight GGG then or impersonate a 160 chasmp.
    Stop this draining nonsense

It funny how you're bragging about Lil G when 3 lineal champions avoided the #1 ranked MW running from him. So if you beat the man it gives the right to duck the whole division and keep your lineal status? If so continue to support cowards.

Saul wants it both ways and always his way. Pacquiao will move up for the money. After that the Alvarez gravy train won't have any big names left to drain or gain. Meanwhile, the middleweight crown is held hostage by a risk less Diva.

          I don't like Golovkin. I don't like his team. I think they're a bunch of con artists.

That said, if you're going to claim to NOT be a middleweight, then drop the f'n title and campaign at 155 like you have been. Simple. Otherwise be prepared to be asked about fighting Gennady in every interview and everywhere you go.

Fighting Khan for a middleweight title is a low point of the decade.

I thought as much, I will admit Golovkin looked softer than normal around the waist line.

And Canelo is the top guy at 54, depending on how you saw his fights with Lara and Trout. I don't feel like Canelo is obligated to fight GGG. Just like GGG wasn't obligated to fight Ward. Even though it would be nice. So I have no problem with Canelo asking for a catchweight. And that's the cost you pay for wanting to fight a guy from a lower division, who's a bigger star. And if the belt is what's important to GGG. He's within his rights to refuse it. But if he does so and Canelo walks, its time to move on, just like Ward did. But there's legitimately nothing left for Gennady at middleweight. And staying there without a Canelo fight is a complete waste of time.
Fair enough argument, I just have an issue with the delaying of the inevitable. It's like wasting time imo. I think K2 is leveraging fights at 168 and talks of Chavez, DeGeale, Ramirez are just wetting appetites for the eventual move.

Why do weight divisions exist? to make fights fair. You don't want someone outweighing someone by 10+ lbs. Unfortunately that happens frecuently. One of the reasons is that fighters now have 30 hours to rehydrate, when in the past they had five hours, so they couldn't cut so much weight.

To say Canelo is the best at 154 is just not true. First, because he is not even a 154 fighter. He didn't make 154 for at least three years.
Second, he's an extreme weight drainer, and comes at 175 fight night.

In the other hand, GGG is not a weight drainer and comes at 170 fight night.

So, to you, it would be fair to make the guy that is already outweighed, to come even more lighter, just to make a fight against someone that in this case would outweight him even more?

I can understand your POV, I just don't agree with it respectfully. I don't care what drugs/methods Canelo uses to make weight, but I'm not judging the fighters skill to cut weight, I'm judging them as fighters. Canelo is a weight cheat, period. Disallow him from this weight advantage, and you get what Floyd did to him.
