Darnell Boone Says Golovkin Beats Ward and Kovlalev

In an L.A. Times article, Darnell Boone claimed that Golovkin worked so hard in the gym and never made mistakes. He claims that Golovkin would beat either Ward or Kovalev.

It's all in his opinion of course, hut the guy has faced both Ward and Kovalev and he knocked out Stevenson. He does know a thing or two.

I agree. P4P he's the better fighter. It's going to be odd seeing the same guys that praise Boone 3 months ago turn on him.

              It's entirely possible.

                Source?

Either way it's still unlikely he could beat Kovalev. GGG's power against Kovalev at 175 would probably look like Tito's did against Hopkins.

GGG/Ward could have been a very interesting fight, but Ward would have to be the favorite.

                    Sorry.

                    HERE is the article:

The great thing about a boxing gym like trainer Abel Sanchez’s Summit in Big Bear is the surprise provided by the various stories of those performing their sweat labor.
