i don't think so.........maybe it was a combination of losing and the death. but his response makes it seem like he just wanted to leave with the money and avoid the risk of being ko'd again "thanks for all of the cheese folks. see ya!"Comment

RUmor going around is Conor is asking $10m and UFC said nah. Poor guy. He clearly deserves that money because he is currently 1 of the biggest combat sport athlete today despite coming off a loss.
Pacquiao made $20 mill in his fight against bradley that nobody watched lol. Pay the man!Comment

Dana (just interviewed) said the UFC pulled Conor from UFC 200. He definitely made sure Conor knew who the alpha was in the equation.
I was never a big Mayweather fan, but that dude laid bare the blueprint to PPV stardom. I mean, Conor has followed it chapter & verse. So...
If you can't see Conor playing chess here, then look again. Dude is going to WWE to make bank (and it will be massive). He'll come back to the UFC knowing that they'll be salivating by that time, and will be in an even more commanding seat at the negotiating table bc he'll have generated a new fan base. And Dana will grab his own ankles bc he'll have to.
They both know it.
Floyd did exactly this. And it was brilliant.Comment
