Prospect from half a decade ago don't really register to me. Berto and Ortiz were prime prospects a while ago and look at them now. Once you establish yourself you matter, not just being boxing's version of an early rd draft pick. I did go back and watch the fight though, and the Steve Clagget fight. Spence has nothing to worry about.

Sketchy. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Brooks camp sent some loot to the IBF for them to throw Spence a curveball. The smarter move for the IBF promo and numbers wise would be to let Spence the #2 fight for the belt. 2 undefeated fighters in a title match is far more intriguing than 2 undefeated fighters in a number 1 contender match. Keep Pono busy with a fight, put him up against the winner of Spence v Brook and you have yourself another undefeated fighter v undefeated fighter title match to promote.

Funny you mention Ortiz...AN up and coming Ortiz would have beat everyone Spence beat probably easier...That should tell you something

Watch the Mikael Zewski fight..There he fought a fast power puncher with good reflexes...

He's better than world champions? Maybe Guerrero at this point but he hasn't done jack to say he's better than Peterson or even algieri

Not a bad fight. Spence should win it but I heard the other guy is pretty good.

Not sure if uncle Bob will let it happen at this juncture though, as Spence would be a handful and a half for anyone at welterweight.

He's feather fisted which is bad news if you wanna fight spence
