Povetkin isn't overrated. Westerners don't even know who he is, how can he be overrated?

It's going to be a skill vs size matchup. Even if Wilder knocks Povetkin out in rd 1 I will still say Povetkin is the more skilled fighter, because he is, visibly so and dramatically so.

Povetkin is 6'2"...taller than Tyson, Holyfield, Byrd who had great success versus much taller fighters.

Can you categorically prove that the people claiming Wilder was ducking Povetkin are the same group as are now claiming Povetkin is overrated? I'm not saying they're not, but that's quite an assumption.
