Look at the modern greats of this era they all move up and multiple divisions not just one , I really think GGG is real but he has not proved it or fought anybody worth a dam , I thought the way he handled the Ward challenge was pure duck after calling out guys from 154 to 168 and then sht his pants when it came to Ward , a true ATG MW would have took it .Comment

Belts on face value dont mean anything , look a the HW that just lost he was pitiful , its all about the guy that holds it and in todays boxing lots of ordinary fighters get to win a belt they would never have had a chance years ago and would have been iced by the real champs .Comment

GGG has killers like Matthew Macklin and Daniel Beale
Its clear who need who here
GGG is the king of the ringComment

I think GGG is in a difficult position, the overrated hype doesn't help neither. He is at a famous division in boxing but there are no challenges there for him. I think that is his biggest problem. We could all say he should challenge himself and move up but not everyone wants to take the risk of moving up.Comment

I would have loved to have seen him take on some challenges. Hard to say he's mediocre when we haven't seen him in w/ good comp, buy hard to say he's "great" for the same reasons.
Canelo fought Lara (a fight which did nothing for him and was very risky) and lost to Mayweather but did a lot of maturing after that fight.
Would have liked to have seen Genady actually go after fights like Ward and not just talk about it. Go after Ramirez. Even Lara, who is smaller but would at least present a challenge. Don't just mention a lot of names, pick the safest one, and pretend no one wants to fight you.Comment
