Anyone dumb enough to say they'd pick a prospect to defeat an arguable legend who just beat the #2 guy in his division and a top 5 p4p fighter needs to re-examine that opinion and what is its origin. Spence biggest win is Algieri...
Calm down. I know it hurts you dearly whenever someone is on the other side of Pacquiao, Golovkin, or Rhonda Rousey, but this is a case of a promoter voicing his opinion. Something Arum does all the time and you never have issues with any of his comments.

It's also funny how you're suddenly downgrading Algieri now after defending Pacquiao for making a title defense against him. Don't you ever get tired of being transparent? lol

I remember dibella saying Floyd would beat Manny because he does everything JMM does only Floyd did it faster and better. I agreed with him 100% then.

I don't know if I agree with him on Spence beating Manny right now. Manny is retired so no need to discuss if Spence would KHTFO. Discuss current fighters.

If he did this against a higher caliber opponent then I would agree with DiBella. It was a great win, but to say he is ready for Pac off the performance against an opponent like Algeri is a little premature. Pac will do one more fight and that will be only against Canelo or Floyd. Spence and Pac will never happen.

I came up with Peterson mostly because of the schedule. Thurman and Porter are fighting. Khans fighting Canelo. Hopefully Danny or Brook would take the fight. Berto and Ortiz have to fight. Nobody else out there that is credible. Peterson by default.

Wait until Spence beat one of the top WWs in the division like Kell Brook, then we can talk. Algieri is okay at best but we all know he's not known for his power at all.

1 that kid has NO PPV gain nor even regular cable fans.
2 he tkoed a dude who basically has been beaten ON by everyone who's a heavy hitter, Chris Algieri is like a mobile Brandon rios, he's there to be hit, provo, khan& Pac. He's like a weak piece of wood waiting to break.
3 comparing him to a LEGEND is completely disrespectful & ignorant.
4 I don't even think that kid could even beat Crawford or Bradley.i even think Kell Brook & Cherry Garcias slow ass would handle that.
                5. Pacquiao would dismantle him & it would be a giant waste of everyone's time.

2009 Pacquiao would run through this kid like a hot knife through butter. Even Pac today still has the power to test Spence's chin but he no longer has the work rate to keep up with the big youngster. Spence vs Brook is the best fight at WW right now.

Both Mayweather and Pac are retired, so lets see DiBella say that about Mayweather too so we can laugh. Right now the fights are between Spence, Garcia, Thurman, Brook, Porter, Bradley, Vargus. There are enough great matchups right there.
