He was not the mandatory for the IBF belt, study up. You don't know more than his team.

He has always called it straight when it comes to boxing. I'm only judging him on what I've seen of him.

BoxNation appears to have backed up his statements.

Who cares, how was that fight even relevant ?

Glazkov couldn't hold up against Martin, who just got folded by a rookie.

Nobody wanted to see that fight, Fury/Klitschko II is much more relevant.

          The IBF title is ****.

If Joshua gets sparked next up, the IBF will have 5 " champions " in just over 6 months LMAO

Glazkov was mandatory, and Fury knew that and still signed for an immediate rematch despite not having to. The end.

Who cares, he was crap..... and as you pointed out, it wasn't a good fight.

The IBF proved that they are second-rate when they stripped Fury.

                    You're getting confused

The IBF mandatory wasn't enforceable until the fight after Wlad-Fury

You're right in that Wlad-Fury was the WBA-WBO mandatory, not the IBF, but that doesn't actually mean anything.

Fury, as mandatory (for any of the belts), could have fought Wladimir without a rematch clause, but likely for a smaller purse. The IBF notified both fighters that a mandatory was due for the winner of this bout when they sanctioned this fight as a voluntary. Team Fury chose the rematch clause route despite this, perhaps because at this time he had no idea he'd actually win and wanted the maximum amount available to him.

Soon as they announced it was Manchester I've been thinking no way would a fight of that magnitude ever take place in Manchester!
Why not? Old Trafford holds 75k and is Tyson's dream venue
