Broner has been one of the most high profile PBC guys since they started. He has value for Haymon in his PBC venture. You shouldn't randomly piss a guy like that off. Thats just bad business.

Both of those potential bouts are mismatches for Adrien Broner. He does his best work south of a 140lb. Porter and Spence are both naturally larger and stronger than AB. His punches just won't carry the same amount of snap or pop on them above a 140 lb.
In addition, he fights like his legs are stuck in cement. He doesn't move them very well; Thereby making him more of a stationary target against a stronger puncher like Errol Spence.
Not only that he is eating a lot more punches in recent fights. He hasn't displayed hardly any upper body movement in his most recent fights since abandoning his variation of Mayweather's should roll; Which leaves him very vulnerable from a boxer who could punch.

Based off styles Spence will take Algieri's shots to land with no fear of getting rocked because Algieri is not known as a puncher . its match making 101. Build your guy's rep against a name. I believe Spence will stop Algieri late with some vicious body shots. This fight is designed to look challenging on paper and for Spence to shine on terrestrial TV against a recognized opponent.
