One guy is refused an anti-inflamation shot the other guy gets an illegal IV. The NSAC says they might investigate Pacquiao for checking wrong box on pre -fight physical. But NSAC won't investigate FM because, well, he's Mayweather. You can't even make this stuff up. SMH

There was nothing wrong with Pac's shoulder during that fight.

Regarding the surgery.....I believe they had a scope on an old problem, which is common as fk.
