He put on a lot of extra weight as a result his movement declined and his punches don't have the 'snap' they once did. But credit to Duhaupas for that gritty and 'grind out' performance where he took some good shots but was effective with his comeforward pressure offense.

Here's some clips of the fight:

    ddaaaaaammmmn what a right hand!

He has always had a tendency to push with his punches though, hasn't he? I don't think that is something new that only showed up for this fight.

Could be, I just don't buy it. How many times have we seen the 'next fight' for the high-hoper turn out to be his worst fight? A bunch.

So Fury's win over Wlad means nothing and I could legitimately rank Wilder ahead of him just because I think Wilder will beat Fury.
We're talking theories here friend. Nothing more.

It isn't untrue, because boxing fans are very much what have you done for me lately and things can change fast in boxing. Most here are not big on that sort of theory.

Great win for Duhaupas. He deserves full credit.
Yeah, he really didn't look that bad. Looked quite a bit more fluid than I remember him actually, and landed some excellent shots. Duhaupas just has a head like a rock and never stops coming forward.
