  • BJS is barking pretty loudly and it's really hard to take him seriously. Like $1.5 million isn't good money for this guy? Or 99% of pro fighters for that matter? That is life-changing money.

Also the bit where he's saying he'd get robbed in a fight against Golovkin- but what evidence is there of that having EVER been an issue in a GGG fight? He stops everybody. Nobody has been robbed. Only stopped. It will probably be the same for BJS too and he obviously knows it.

BJS should stop saying Golovkin's name because he doesn't sound serious, a rematch with Eubank Jr. seems to be in order for him right now anyway.

Maybe you will understand that it would make me proud as fuck if BJS said "Fuck this **** Golovkin, if he wants it he can come and get it" ... then signed to fight GGG this summer?
Referring to the first paragraph that is how you sound regarding Golovkin, clutching on to Golovkin for some unbeknown reason other than you want to see him unify all the titles, I mean what does that actually prove what we don't already know, he is the best at middleweight, if you're unsure poll it.

Why does BJS need to make anyone proud ? He has a family does he not, it is about money and money alone, if he is made a sizeable offer considerably better than what he would be offered by Jacobs and Eubanks then and only then should he take the fight, take pride in the fact your British brethren isn't a dumb ass folding to demand such as "BJS should face GGG because it is his patriotic duty to please me and other Brits, fück his bank balance I want to see GGG all lubed up naked but for all the belts d****d over himself"

that being said i also want golovkin to move up up... just want it done after he unifies vs. Canelo and maybe fights Jacobs... because these two are the best fights to have at MW.
I don't believe those fights would be competitive, his fan base are so easily pleased and have this fascination with him fighting guys like Saunders, Lemieux in what can only described as glorified mismatches upon them having a title in the line. When was it so important to have all these belts, I can understand GGG fans wanting him to be recognised as lineal champ but at what expense facing nothing but over matched opponents for three years trying to acquire mandatory status to the lineal champ who at this stage isn't even as good as the likes of Geale and Murray whom GGG has already bowled over nearly two years ago.

What happens when GGG has wasted all this time waiting on Canelo when he ditches the belt ? Because GGG won't meet the demands of the hugely marketable Canelo whom can fight anyone he pleases on ppv and his Mexican fan base will pay regardless, these Mexicans must have the same mindset as GGG fans, 'we'll continue pulling and shouting for him when he continues to face creme puffs, in none existent challenges'

With statements like that you begin sound like the poster Golovkin, tell me you're not trying to ?
Good work Scott, you ignored the 75% of my post where I qualified and explained the first paragraph, just quoted one sentence and bashed me as if that was all I wrote.

Context is disposable to charlatans and invisible to morons. Which one are you?

Just like in every sport there is a title, a trophy or whatever to recognize who is the best. In my opinion he is the best at MW and it appears to be the same for you. the difference of opinion between me and you is that even though i think he is the best i also find the two fights i've listed to be exciting as hell, Canelo will make one hell of a fight, is GGG going to win, yes i think so but it will be an entertaining fight, something that the fans would enjoy. The hardest fight for GGG is Daniel Jacobs, and also that fight will be entertaining, and again i think he will win.

if he can't get these fights by early next year then i would want him to just move up, i want him to move up now but there isn't a whole lot at 168 except maybe degale and the intrigue of GGG fighting naturally bigger guys. Ultimately in my mind as a fan of GGG this would be ideal.

              1) unify the MW division, move up in 2017 to SMW
              2) unify the SMW division, should be less complicated as majority of the belts would be held by 1 person (hopefully)
              3) if possible end up at LHW fighting someone like Ward or Kovalev.

for me that would be the ideal career progression and conclusion for GGG.

Roy Jones beat BHop, Tarver, Toney, McCallum and won multiple world titles in 4 divisions. That doesn't mean he isn't fighting bums now.

So what you are saying here is that if a fighter looks better than anybody else in his division, then fans shouldn't want to see him fight for world titles, because they already know he's the best anyway. That's ****ing nuts.

And for your info ... I'm not part of BJS' family and he isn't fighting to support me or giving me a split-arsed penny of the money he makes in the ring.

If you don't understand why it would make me proud if a British champion fought Golovkin while the Mexican Warrior hides behing his girl-gang fans there's no point me trying to explain it to you.

The Jacobs fight may very well be his toughest right now, but lets be realistic how tough would that actually be, not very would it. Yeh I know I wanna see Golovkin challenged too but he ain't happening at the current weight he currently resides at waiting for a huge gift from Canelo.

Imagine a 160 division where the current money man fights at 155 a weight he has made his own and makes comfortably to not allow his larger more dominant title holders can use their added weight to gain an advantage over him whereby his ppv status and vast money generating fan base could be challenged to consider he is not the fighter they believe him to be, pause and hold the thought if this Canelo guy wasn't in fact fighting within the division would GGG still be campaigning at the weight ? No Canelo, no Cotto, no Martinez not a single noteworthy decent paying fight, you still think GGG would be fighting at 160, me neither he'd be busting his balls to make 154 as he said he would and could do to face Floyd Roidroider had he not retired, all this charade of waiting on Martinez and Cotto how far has that got him ? It won't get him any further than what he has already got so far, nothing but a bunch of meaningless straps mandating him to the likes of Wade, Rubio and Heiland.

In an ideal world I'd like to see Ward vs Kovalev and then GGG meet the winner at a catch weight of somewhere like 170 to find out who the número uno really is, I genuinely believe GGG would be competitive against a 168+ Ward or Kovalev, factor In their height and size advantages so it'd have to be a CW so their natural advantages are negated. I do believe Kovalev would triumph in fights versus Ward and GGG and would love to see him establish himself the true no.1 seem as though Stevenson does not seem to fancy proving himself the no.1 in the world facing who for me are the p4p no.1 and no.2 .... Kovalev and Ward.
