        I think moving up in weight and challenging a decent fighter is basically what lead to this impressive showing. Ward/Smith only did 323k viewers. Ward/Barrera did almost the same numbers as Kov's matches with Pascal.

        Hopefully for the fighters this means they can sell a decent number of PPVs against each other.

            It's what's killing the sport more than anything. The number one casualty of 6/7 years of the build up for Floyd/Manny is a bunch of bit-ch made fans who need drama or feuds to enjoy the sport...worst result possible for a man's sport.

              Ward-Smith wasn't on HBO that's why the numbers were so bad.
