USADA is a company that can be bought. They let Morales fight Garcia even after failing test.

VADA is a company that does it actual job. That's why stopped the Berto and Peterson fights.

Even the fighters know USADA are corrupt. VADA are the only ones the fighters mention when asking for drug testing.

There are WADA accredited laboratories throughout the world. I'd assume one would use the nearest facility if the turnaround time is important. Then that lab foregoes the blood testing. Then the agency analyzes the results.

As far as I know, the agency could technically send it to any accredited WADA laboratory. If I recall Pacquiao had his blood testing in Malaysia for the MayPac bout. I dont recall but Im pretty sure it was an Asian based lab. I'd imagine this was a form of insecurity.

Also Pacquiao had called Rios a cheat, however we were told it was a diaretic on banned substances I don't remember. However I don't remember if VADA ever backed uo Rios on it.
