Looking at the poll options, the Cotto fight was a good fight, but Cotto lost almost every round. Just because a guy did better than guys usually do or better than the last round, you can't just give them rounds for that. That's called being biased/Max Kellerman. Got to treat each round like it's a fight all it's own. Cotto was right there for every round, but I don't think he won more than three. And that's not a slight against Cotto, that was a badass fight and a great performance, but that's how things went.
And the De La Hoya fight was such a drunk, ****ty ****** after they'd billed it as the lay of the century that I've forgotten how competitive it even was. I remember Oscar fighting ****** and looking bad.
I guess I liked it that Cotto had Floyd bleeding from his nose and looking uncomfortable.
Cotto was thing hard... But ...
I enjoyed Maidana connecting, even to floyg'snut sac looking at Tony Weeks... HahahahahaComment

- elbows,
- hugs,
- bending below the waist,
- head locks,
- SUCKER PUNCHES,
- getting a Floyd friendly hometown ref,
- getting Floyd friendly hometown judges,
- Floyd friendly location,
- Floyd rules,
- IVs,
- Retro TUEs,
- removing opponents advantages before the start of the bell,
- Vampire Facial transfusion cover-ups,
- being buddy buddies with USADA and paying them crazy sums of money for a single fight.
- Floyd not getting DQd when his corner jumps in the ring.
- Judges giving Floyd all close rounds and even rounds that were not as close. Even when Floyd was fighting the champ.

I have not seen the fight in a long time but I remember Oscar blocking Floyd's punches well.Comment

Castillo perhaps came the closest to beating Mayweather, but Maidana's was the closest and more impressive performance when you take it in context. The Mayweather legend and mythical status was in full swing when Maidana fought him, but he wasn't phased or intimidated and made it a fight. I don't think an undefeated record was that important back when he faced Castillo, so there were openings. It wouldn't even be close if Castillo had fought the 2014 version of Mayweather, so, theoretically, Maidana was the closest.Comment

The word robbery gets tossed around way too *******ly. It's ****in annoying...just cuz the guy you wanted to win didn't, doesn't make it a robbery.Comment

DLH was the crowd favorite. Maidana was hitting him in places Floyd didn't know he had.Comment

But honestly, Bob Arum came the closest to beating Floyd.
Bob stopped Mikey Garcia quick. Not knowing your place can and often does hurt you...
Vicious Vindictive Arum, the film flam man!Comment
