When has a win bonus ever been a thing in boxing? Rather than posturing on Twitter, why not put the actual money up; $150k to get Walters to the tale, with the other $150k on Loma's books (with a side deal worked out, where Loma pays Walters a "loss penalty" of 150k; structure it as akin to a 'drug test penalty')
Walters gets paid about what he got paid the last time he was on HBO ($650k), Loma gets the fight, and Walters can look towards some backside money if he wins.
According to Arum, HBO is willing to pay $1 million as a rights fee for the bout but Walters asked for that same figure for himself (which would be about three times his biggest payday).

Walters is getting the highest pay day of his career at 435K. Rigo was offered 500K. I've never seen a fighter with a 5-1 record instill so much doubt in other fighters before.
