Because that is called being a manufactured fighter, and that is what we have all been complaining about.

No, and you really arent that good at putting words in my mouth. Let me spell it out for you.

HBO is backing the guy that puts on exciting fights. They are paying and putting their money behind the guy that sparks fools right the frak out of here. What does that do, it gets hardcores like me and you talking to casuals who in turn talk to non fans about this guy who is straight killing people in the ring, which Golovkin has been doing. This does a couple of things, it of course keeps us hardcore guys watching but it also gets the casuals intersted but here is the money shot. If you have a guy that is knocking everyone he fights out, well then now you have the people who got bored watching Floyd Shoulder roll his way to 49-0 tuning in everytime the big smiling eastern europin fights.

By the way, there is nothing manufactured about GGG. He is the best MW in the world. There is no debate on this. We can say he hasnt been tested (he hasnt) we can say we dont know if he is that good (we dont) but what we cant say is there is anyone in the division above him or the division below him that can test him. If you know anything about boxing and arent so biased that you are basically blind you know there is no challenge for him at MW. He wants to unify then I feel like and I hope he moves up to SMW.

He destroys Canelo, I know it and every troll on this board knows it but, but the most important point here is Canelo knows it. Fear is a hell of a thing, some of us us it to overcome and become something greater than our selves and some of us buckle under its weight. It looks to me like Canelo's knees are weak, you all know Golovkin wants his ginger ass no matter how much shiet you talk.

I dont know where Golovkin lands in the end but its a lot of fun watching people lose there minds here and other places where he is mentioned.

Moving up to 175 isnt daring to be great

Fighting Kovalev at 175 is though, in my opinion. I hope it happens

Daring to be great to finally fight at the weightclass you already fought in at the amateurs. Can't make 175 in 3+ years and tried dragging shot 168 guys to a catchweight. Roc Nation and HBO was sick of it, fans forgot about the guy and now he is telling us he is daring to be great. How can you be so far from reality. Guy is living in his bubble not realizing whats up. If he ever steps into a ring with the Kruserh he will get the wake up call.

He is CLEARLY a manufactured fighter who is being PROTECTED.

Dude, boxing is all about styles/match-making, and it always has been..... surely you must be aware of that?

Well, where are the mover/spoilers on his resume ?

They clearly ducked Ward, everyone knows, whether you admit it or not.

A couple of years ago, they flatly refused to even consider fighting an ex-champ who had clearly faded, simply because he has a difficult style.

An ex-champ who has clearly faded is the very best opponent for a young up-and-comer.

They flatly refused to consider Lara/Mora/Ward, and they flatly refused to negotiate with Cotto and Canelo...... come on man, get fkn real..... those guys are better than anyone on Golovkin's resume, you really think it's a coincidence?

Not only has Golovkin shown 0 interest in fighting a world-class opponent, he appears to be avoiding them like the plague.

" hardcore " fans know whats up, because they've seen it all before.

And you are completely wrong about Canelo, casual fans have tossed their hair and written Canelo off (because they run with hype), but MOST insiders (top trainers/fighters) give Canelo a very good chance and think that fight would be highly competitive..... especially if it happens AFTER Canelo has adjusted to 160.

Ward is moving up, to fight the best.

Golovkin is staying put, and avoiding the best.... despite promising the world that he can beat " anyone at 154-168 ".

And yet, you prefer to support the guy who has FAILED to deliver on his promises..... and you prefer to bash the guy who is delivering on his promises.

                Shameless, clueless, fanboy, cretin.

Ward moved up because he couldn't make 168 anymore

he knew he had to move up to LHW asap when he called GGG out

GGG had already signed to fight Lemieux, so making the match was impossible at that moment. Ward knew that.

fighting GGG was never on his underhanded plans, only using GGG's name for publicity

and no, just moving up to your rightful weight class doesn't mean you ¨are daring to be great¨

lets save that for the moment he signs to fight Kovalev

Hey clueless, the fight negotiation died because the two sides could not agree on the weight..... so, if Ward could no longer make 168, why did Golovkin demand a catchweight of 164?..... especially after calling out Froch/Chavez/Degale/Jack/Hopkins/Chudinov, at 168 !
