Mayweather was scared of prime Pac & used his su****ion of him juicing as an excuse, without hard evidence. As if Mayweather himself had been fighting clean all of these years. He also used among other excuses: He didn't need Pac, & that Pac needed to prove he still had something after the Marquez KO before he'd fight him.
