Yep, and there was nobody his own size that would have beat Gamboa. He was levels above anyone.

He made bad decisions on his promoter, on his trainer, on moving up multiple weight classes....it all just snowballed into a big mess that has wasted his talent and career.

Knowing this I had just kinda assumed Gamboa was going to sign with Mayweather Promotions once the 50 thing was handled. Is the 50 thing handled btw or is BB Promotions gonna be a co-promoter with 50?

Also noticed this promoter isn't just someone I've never heard of, they are rightfully someone we all have never heard of cuz Gamboa is their first fighter under contract. Wtf man. Any decent prospect on up should know better to sign with a promotion that has no fighters.
