Light HW Canelo Shows Us His Combination Punching

Yeah, that's Hunter talking nonsense and deflecting blame again. In the lead up to the fight, everything was great according to Hunter, after his guy got demolished he quickly changed his tune and put every bit of blame elsewhere. Now he's asking how it's possible to regain that amount of weight when his own fighter gained more.
Canelo wasn't any bigger than Kirkland, he was smaller than Angulo, he doesn't need to move up if he feels comfortable. I'd just prefer he let the belt go as he doesn't need it.
He was smaller than Angulo? absolutely FALSE
Fight night weights: Canelo 174, Angulo 170. #CaneloAngulo #boxing

Canelo can make 154 but that would mean him losing a few lbs of muscle. He's BIG for a "JMW"... he outweights even most MWs in the ring.
Stop with that bull shiet please...Comment

Also, Canelo being 174 and Angulo being 170 came from Rafael, the official fight numbers state the opposite;
2014-03-08 : Saul Alvarez 155 lbs beat Alfredo Angulo 154½ lbs by TKO at 0:47 in round 10 of 12
Location: MGM Grand, Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
Referee: Tony Weeks
Judge: Dave Moretti 89-82
Judge: Jerry Roth 88-83
Judge: Craig Metcalfe 89-82
Ring Announcer: Jimmy Lennon Jr.
Aired On: Showtime PPV (Main Event)
Pre-fight Weigh In: Alvarez 170 lbs., Angulo 174 lbs.
Canelo just made 155 easily and looked more than healthy, he wouldn't have to lose 'a few lbs of muscle' - that's utter nonsense, he'd have to lose 1lb. Given how healthy and full he looked last time out, it wouldn't be remotely difficult.Last edited by gmc_rfc_06; 03-17-2016, 06:19 AM.Comment

Angulo's usual fight night weight is 174-176 (174 vs Lara, 176 vs Raines, 175 vs Kirkland) - his usual lightest weight on fight night is the heaviest Canelo has ever been.

You can focus on whatever little parts you want, but ultimately they aren't opinions, they are fact.
