I worded that wrong. I didn't mean that Ortiz deserved the Floyd fight last year. I meant Ortiz deserved the fight when he got it. Berto did not.

So you're saying the winner can get back on track and become a contender huh? Do you see the winner being in a competitive fight vs any of the top 10 guys in the div? Thurman, Porter, Danny, spence, khan, Bradley, pac, Brooks, Crawford..to name a few. In reality these are 2 of my favorite fighters, but I'm a realistic fan and their better days are behind them

Yes they could give Danny a competitive fight since he always fights to the level of his competition. Spence fighting any of them would be a good fight for him just because of where he's at in his progression.

Interesting fight. Definitely a cross roads matchup. The winner of the fight probably gets a title shot I bet and the loser will probably be a glorified Gate Keeper.

These guys have had a lot of highs and lows in their careers. Early money is on Ortiz but I would bet on either.
