Seems clear to me that Lemiuex's camp didn't take the weight serious and felt if they go over who cares we will just pay a few bucks to De La Rosa. Seem like they felt it's a non title fight really just a showcase/rebound fight no need to kill themselves in camp to make weight. Shocked that De La Rosa doesn't want to get an extra paycheck and is refusing to fight. But hey that's his right.

Yeah I don't get it. This was a mismatch for David. A easy showcase fight to rebound from his loss. Most fighters in this situation take the extra bucks and the fight stays on. De La Rosa was going to lose this fight anyway.
