Well Povetkin has a better resume then Wilder for sure, so not really much an argument there. Not one of Wilders opponents rate up to Povetkins. Huck, Takam, Perez, Wach, Chagaev, Boswell, Rahman, Wawrzyk. That list scares Wilder away, only bluff on there is the faded Rahman who would still beat most of Wilders numbers.
