One thing nobody knows yet is how good Ward is in 2016. He's been very inactive for a few years now, could they have been his prime years? or have those years of inactivity diminished him as a fighter? we don't know yet.

That's why i don't think he's in any p4p list now. That would be going on former glories, so how far back do you go before you stop putting people in? Can we put Mosley in there because he was there about 6 years ago? of course not.

I still think he has the skills, but he has to start showing it again as there's no evidence right now he is as good as he was.

I think this is a decent fight for him, if he is still what he was, he doesn't break a sweat in this one. We'll see.

Hilarious listening to salty golovtards minimize Barrera and Kovalev.

You all know exactly whats gonna happen, don't you f@gs ?

Oh yea, when Ward beats the brakes off Barrera, and then overcomes the Kovalev challenge, that will **** all over lil'G, the guy who blatantly ducked Ward.

The fact is, we all know what would have happened during Ward/Golovkin, every top fighter/trainer says the same thing...... and now, golovkin is fighting cans, and Ward has moved on to BIGGER and BETTER things.

      stay salty golovtards

        cool story genius

        Golovkin fan, right ?
Yup, you read it OK... Ward won't make it to Kovalev despite the deal... Won't be the 1st time that kind of thing happens, right ?

And nope, not a GGG fan ...

        Thank you ...

Aaah, so you are suggesting that Barrera will beat Ward, hereby killing the Ward/Kovalev fight?

OK, that I can understand, apologies I may have taken your comment the wrong way.

          But, that is life.

That is how boxing should be.

I got no problem with that, the best of luck to Barrera.

If you had indeed read my several posts about it and pay attention, you would know I suggested several times that Ward wouldn't make it to Kovalev ... I never ever said Barrera would beat him though ...

I still believe Ward can't go through Stevenson, Beterbiev, even less Kovalev ... I'll add that even Fonfara and Shabranskyy would be a problem for him... But of course that's just me...
