Rigondeaux IS what the media, his team, and his annoying fanbase claim GGG is. The only differences are that Rigo actually is being avoided by everybody that's somebody at or around his division. For some reason, folks applaud Rigo being avoided and b1tch about it when it happens to others. And oh yeah, Rigo is a much better fighter than GGG.

On a sidenote. I assume most folks here paid $100 to see Floyd-Manny. I'd be willing to pay twice that to see a Ward-GGG PPV, with a Rigo-Chocolatito co-feature.

I'm not saying that's exactly the case, but surely there has to be some theory involved with that.

What's funnier is Floyd was an All-American highlight and the media and some other sport networks just shıtted on him. That's all because of Arum and his associations. Floyd breaking free from that goon and becoming a self promoting mega star isn't a metaphor or image for the ''abolition'' of shackles?

This is why Arum hates my sig. Arum thinking that Ring Master at a circus is the same thing as a ''Ring Master'' in boxing, just own your talents and make them entertain for your profit? Too bad Tim Burton can't make a film about Arum. It'd win Oscars and make Tarantino look kinder.
I'd love to see a film about behind the scenes of boxing circa 70s thru 90s - either a biop of Arum of King - maybe both characters could be blasted. It would NOT be a dull film!!

You're asking a lot of Gonzalez to come up to 122 and take on Rigo. That would be his 6th weight class step-up. More realistic super fight for Gonzalez is with Inoue. That said, Gonzalez looks like he could make that wight based on his between fights appearance - eating too many chocolates? Would love to see it too but think it will stay in the realm of fantasy.

rigo vs chocolatico at 118 would be great, but if offerd, most likely rigo's team would find a way to screw it up

sure. But given American history, there's no way Arum would win the vote by real American movie buffs.

So why not put on blast the boxers who legit ducked him instead of attacking Rigo left & right?

oh wait that's right..... he's "boring".

Thought I read or heard somewhere that Rigo was willing to come down in the 118 range for that fight.

Doesn't Chocolatito & Rigo rehydrate to about the same? Then why is Chocolatito fighting smaller dudes?
