Refusing millions for fighting a guy like Bursak, such a "big fight", with all the names available in the top 10 and just outside... Promoters work 2-3 fights ahead, Loeffler admitted it, Sanchez admitted it.

They negotiated with Chudinov right through last year.

They could have EASILY negotiated with Ward and lined something up for 2016..... JUST LIKE KOVALEV DID.

No, they flatly refused to fight Andre Ward, and told him "maybe 2017".
