Fury really needs to stop this whole masquerading like he's an actual fighter himself. Talks like he's some kind of a fighting man but blatantly ducked David Price a few years back and fights like a complete wuss.

As the unified, lineal HW champion of the world, Fury can say whatever he wants. People can call Fury a fat joke all they want, but he's still the baddest man on the planet.

Wasn't Diaz training for a triathlon at the time? I believe he said after the fight that all fighters should be ready to fight on their worst day. He was fit cardio wise but believed with more sparring he wouldn't have took the punches. Probably wasn't as sharp in there but looked fit to me taking big shots and not fading one bit

Because neither fighter were training for each other until 10 days before the fight. It's really that simple.

                  Yes, it is.
One fighter wasn't training at all until 10 days before the fight and probably got off the couch to accept it.

The other one was already at the tail end of his training camp.

                  That's a huge difference.

Training for a different opponent. You can't leave that out. In the end, neither fighter were training for each other until about 10 days before the fight.

Yes but one was in fight shape and the other was not. It was obvious and should have been a huge advantage for McGregor.
