Greatness of McGregor lol a guy that QUIT like a biish TWICE to guys with like 20 losses is now considered great. SMH UFC so garbage you can be "greatness " with ONLY 16 fights smh
HOO YEAH we have a lot of undefeated fighters in boxing and this in all the divisions.
Curious isn't it?
They keep that 0 in order to sell and milk the guy to a title shot.
That's what promoters are doing.
That's how they sold PBF on PPV.
I'm first a boxing fan.
But I will give to the UFC something.
Mma fighters ain't ducking each others.
And this sport is full of good fighters cuz there are champions coming from all the best combat sports (Jiu jitsu, Karate, Kickboxing, Judo, Wrestling, Muay Thai and even boxing now).
The bests fight bests, AND AT THE RIGHT MOMENT so yes, fighters lost wich is normal in a sport.
Boxing waited 6 years to make Mayweather vs Pacquiao, 10 to make Lewis vs Tyson.
Those fights lost most of their interest when they happened.
It ruins boxing.
Mayweather's mastered cherry picking, and now they all doing the same.
Cherry picking is now saw as legit in boxing.
Pacquiao, Cotto, Ward, Froch, Calzaghe, Hopkins, they all ended cherry picking.
In the Ali era, all the bests fought bests, and that's what made it the GOLDEN ERA with VERY FEW (NONE) UNDEFEATED FIGHTERS INDEED.
That mentality is killing boxing.

One thing I learned straight away is that tapping out in MMA is not the same as quitting in boxing. MMA fighters tap out all the time while training. That's how you let your training partner know he's got the move he was going for and it's working.
If you went into MMA with the attitude that tapping out = quitting, and I'm never gonna quit, you wouldn't even be able to learn the basics of it.
That would be like a novice boxer saying he doesn't want to learn how to slip a jab, because only pussies worry about getting hit!
MMA fighters take that same attitude into fights. The attitude that knowing when to tough it out and when to tap out is a fundamental part of what they do, unless they want to end up getting maimed or crippled.

It's just bizarre why a UFC guy would be calling out a boxer or keep mentioning a boxer. It's two different sports.
It's like the Green Bay Packers calling out the New Zealand rugby team.
