Not so sure about that. I've never heard of him until he keeps talking about Mayweather. I don't know anyone else who knows him I've never seen his name in any mainstream media such as the newspaper or the news.

But that's irrelevant anyway I saw more than one interview from this guy where he said he's the biggest draw in combat sports and a bigger draw than Pacquaio and Mayweather so he's either deluded or trolling.
